Compatibility between Volumes Using BB02 and BB03 Formats

Any volume initialized using Bacula Enterprise Edition version 14.0 or prior versions can be read and appended in version 16 and above. Volumes that have been initialized or simply appended using version 16.0 and after cannot be read with version 14.0 or prior versions.
