Installation with Package Manager on Debian

Enterprise

Bacula Enterprise Only

This solution is only available for Bacula Enterprise. For subscription inquiries, please reach out to sales@baculasystems.com.

  1. Configure the package manager:

Add the following to the /etc/apt/sources.list.d/bacula.list file:

# Bacula Enterprise - Libvirt
deb https://www.baculasystems.com/dl/@@customer-id@@/debs/libvirt/@@bee-version@@/@@os-version@@-@@arch@@/ @@os-version@@ libvirt

Where:

  • @@bee-version@@ must be replaced with the version of Bacula Enterprise you have purchased (for example, 18.2.x).

  • @@os-version@@ is the distribution codename (for example, bookworm, bullseye, or buster).

  • @@arch@@ specifies the system architecture (32-bit or 64-bit).

Note

On 64-bit Ubuntu systems, use deb [arch=amd64] instead of deb.

A complete example is shown below.

Example

Debian:

# Bacula Enterprise
deb https://www.baculasystems.com/dl/Customer-123456/debs/libvirt/18.2.0/bookworm-64/ bookworm libvirt
