Problem Resolution

If you have some problems with BWeb, run the “Check Bweb Configuration” tool available in the “Configure BWeb” screen.

Possible problems:

• I don’t see the defined job list
• I don’t see job logs
• I don’t see anything in tables
• I don’t see any locations when “Adding an Autochanger”
