BWeb Download Area ID Registration

The following article aims at guiding you through the process of registering your Download Area ID in BWeb.

1. In BWeb left-hand menu, go to Configuration and select BWeb Configuration. If the Download Area ID field is empty under General Options, click Edit.

   

2. Enter your Download Area ID. You can find it in the Customer Portal by selecting Your subscription in the left-hand menu, under the section Your Download Area. Then click Save.

   

3. The Download Area ID section will now display a masked string.
